This dress is a typical polyester “Day Dress” for an elderly Lady in Spain. Typically – she would tend to wear this kind of comfortable wear in the daytime at home, before she puts on her skirt and cardigan to gather with her friends for a little chat at the square in front of the village church in the evening.

I found it when visiting the weekly market held on Wednesdays in the village of La Mata / Spain last year.
